NOVO is shipping orders to Australia, New Zealand & Internationally, please note that we do not ship to a PO Box for International Orders.

All orders are shipped via Australia post express delivery, please allow up to 5 working days for New Zealand and up to 10 working days for other countries orders from the date of dispatch.

Delivery time frame is estimated once you have received your order confirmation. In some cases, this will take longer where the delivery address is in a remote location or the order has been placed during a busy period.

Orders are not dispatched Saturday’s, Sunday’s or Australian Public Holidays.

All orders are shipped via Australia post from Melbourne, Australia. Once the parcel reaches the local destination then the parcel is traceable through the local post website.


You will receive an Australia Post tracking number on your dispatch email. This allows you to follow your parcel all the way to your door
