We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay and Paypal.
Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.
In store purchases made using Afterpay are subject to the Afterpay Terms and Conditions and a minimum spend of $80.

All orders with the Standard shipping option will be processed and despatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days.
Our Online store is based in Melbourne and operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, subject to Australian Public Holidays.

Stores will only provide a refund when the item is faulty, refer to our Refunds and Exchanges policy.
If you make a purchase using a 'Guest' account, you will not have the ability to see your order history.Each customer will have their own ID which will allow for multiple email addresses, but only one set of loyalty benefits.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS
