NZD $9.90 Standard Shipping - allow 3-9 business days for delivery.

We offer same-day dispatch for Express orders placed by 12 noon (AET) Monday to Friday. Express orders submitted after 12 noon will shipped the following business day.

Rest Of The World

NZD $25 International Express - allow 3-5 business days to most major metro areas.

We cannot ship to a PO Box for International Orders.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we have no control over it. Novo is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Delays can occur due to busy holiday periods, public holidays, and extreme weather.
