Shipping Within New Zealand
All NZ orders are shipped either from select stores in Auckland or from our Melbourne DC, depending on product availability.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all NZ orders over $79.00.
For orders under $79.00, shipping is $9.90 NZD. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery.
Rest Of The World
NZD $25 International Standard - allow 6-10 business days to most major metro areas.
We cannot ship to a PO Box for International Orders.
Your order may incur customs charges and taxes. You are wholly liable for the payment of all customs charges and taxes.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note, the delivery timeframes above are estimates only.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse, we have no control over it. Novo is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. Delays can occur due to busy holiday periods, public holidays, and extreme weather.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee a delivery date.

Returned to Sender Parcels
Please double check your shipping details, including your address, phone number, and sizes, before confirming your order.
Your parcel may have retuned to sender due to reasons such as incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel from the Post Office. Parcels that have returned to sender cannot be reshipped. Once received back at our dispatch location, the item(s) will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less a $15 RTS processing fee. This fee applies regardless of whether you paid for shipping at checkout or received free shipping.
If you would like to purchase the item(s) again, you are welcome to place a new order through our website, subject to availability.
