Improves grip on wet or slippery surfaces. Universal size to fit all shoes. Adds to the life of the soles of shoes. Self adhesive non-slip sole pads. Wont mark floors.

Directions:

Roughen sole surfaces with the supplied sandpaper. Trim sole pad to size required. Peel off paper backing and press sole pad firmly into position.
